Roasted apples with yogurt

20158 APPLE ROAST with YOGURT INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 apples, Apple and yogurt 2 kiwi, kiwi 1.
Wash apples, remove the core and wrap them in aluminum foil; Cook in hot oven (200° c) for about 20 minutes.
When cooked remove from oven and let cool.
Remove the foil and svuotatele, taking care not to break the skin.
Stir the pulp of apples with yogurt and with this compound filled with apples.
Serve garnished with slices of kiwi.
