02 Fruit skewers
Instructions
Mix, in a non-metallic Bowl, orange juice, pineapple juice and lemon juice, two tablespoons of cognac, cinnamon and orange peel, then honey. Peel the pears, cut into pieces, put them in a bowl with peeled and sliced bananas in large disks, add the pineapple chunks and peaches cut in half.
Pour over the previously prepared and put in the refrigerator for two hours. Drain the fruit and insert it in occasional skewers sticks; Sprinkle with sugar and bake in the oven for 8 minutes, turning them every so often. Serve the kebabs with the sauce of hot maceration mixed with the rest of the cognac.
