the TART BLOOD ORANGES 2_18306 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a sheet of pasta BRISA. For the cream: an untreated orange, 125 g butter, 150 g of sugar, the juice of one lemon, 6 eggs, 2 egg yolks. For the garnish: 6 untreated blood oranges, 2 tablespoons Marmalade. Clad in a tart pan with the dough BRISA. For the cream: grate the peel of red and orange juice spremetene. Chop the butter. In A double boiler, beat the sugar, lemon juice and orange, the eggs, the turoli and the Orange Zest: when the mixture has thickened, add the pieces of butter, stirring. Complete cooking in 10 minutes, and then keep in a cool place. Bleed the 6 peeled oranges. Cut them into thin widthwise. Preheat oven to 180° Cook the pasta BRISA for about 30 minutes. When cooked, let it cool and put on a grid. Pour the cream on the bottom of the prepared dough BRISA, decorated with orange slices. In a saucepan, melt at moderate fire jam with 5 cl of water. When the jam is a homogeneous mixture, pour it on the tart blood oranges. Tip: the season of blood oranges is quite short (from March to April). This recipe will be elegantly presented by common oranges.
