Roll strudel with apples, nuts and raisins

18702 Apple STRUDEL, walnuts and RAISINS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a sheet of puff pastry, 2 apples, 50 g butter, 30 g of raisins, a slice of bread, 2 tablespoons sugar, one teaspoon of cinnamon powder, a small glass of rum, lemon juice, powdered sugar.
Let macerate the raisins in Rum for 30 minutes.
Peel the apples, cut thick (thin sliced) and innaffiatele with lemon juice.
