Roast turkey with gravy

09623 TURKEY ROAST with SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 thawed Turkey roll, Sage, Rosemary, 7-8 juniper berries, garlic, mustard all old (with the seeds in the dough), honey, vegetable broth, white wine, salt.
In a saucepan over medium heat, Cook the roast with herbs, juniper berries pounded, 3 whole garlic cloves with skin and just crushed and salted.
Wet occasionally with wine or broth.
When cooked, stir in a bowl with mustard 50 g 50 g honey; diluted with approximately 220 cl hot broth, stirring gently.
Serve the sliced roast with the sauce.
