Place the meat on a plate and season with cumin; then mix thoroughly.
In a pan with the bottom often, heat the oil and gently fry the meat, the necessary time it takes color in all its parts.
Add the chopped onion, the garlic, honey and thyme.
Continue cooking for a few minutes so that the meat is slightly caramellizzi.
