Ginger beef morsels
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 shallots, 100 g of smoked bacon 500 g veal, chopped 1 tablespoon chopped chervil, a tablespoon of chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon bread crumbs, 3 tablespoons of peanut oil d?, 60 g of fresh ginger, 600 g courgettes, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 chillies, chervil for garnish, salt, pepper.
Peel the shallots, remove rind from the piece of bacon and, in a food processor, chop together.
Stir the mixture with the chopped veal, fresh herbs, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
Keep warm, between two plates.
