Walnut braised veal with vegetables
Instructions
Private the flesh of any fat, wash it and dry it with paper towels.
Cut the bacon into strips, season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of freshly ground pepper, lardatevi meat and bind them with a kitchen Twine.
In a saucepan, then heat the oil and butter, lay the meat, add salt and let it cook at pepatela, fire live in its entirety, pour the wine and place the Casserole in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes. Turns the meat several times during cooking.
When cooked, remove the meat from the Pan and keep warm, covering it with a sheet of aluminum foil.
Remove the fat from the broth and throw. Pour the cooking liquid in a blender jug together with coarsely chopped vegetables: puree until obtaining a history of verdura. Pour into baking pan roast and let it warm up.
Serve the hot meat on the table, accompanying it with the prepared sauce and Braised mixed vegetables as desired.
