06400 VITELLO TONNATO 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 600 g veal silverside, 200 g tuna in oil, 80 g of mayonnaise, anchovies, 2 20 g of capers, 1 dl of fresh cream, celery leaves, some parsley stalks, bay leaf, salt and pepper.
Add salt, pepper and PROCEEDING harnessed the silverside of beef with celery leaves and parsley stalks.
Cook in boiling salted water, add bay leaf, for 35 minutes.
Blend tuna, capers and anchovies.
