Bruschetta with onions and olives
Instructions
Peel and slice the onions.
In a pan heat 4 tablespoons olive oil, let them melt a tablespoon anchovy paste and add the onions and crumbled thyme sprigs 2.
Add salt and pepper and saute, stirring, and Brown the onions.
Turn off the heat, add a handful of olives and chopped Basil.
Serve on slices of bread or rye, toasted and smeared with olive paté.

- 1000 g of sweet white onions
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of anchovy paste
- 2 sprigs of crumbled thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 handful of olives
- Leaf 1 of chopped basil
- Some slices of bread (rye bread)
- Olives paté
