Cabbage in corn cream

01470 CABBAGE CREAM of CORN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g of cornmeal, 1 small carrot, 1/2 stick of celery, 300 g cabbage, 1 shallot, 2 cloves of garlic, 30 g extra virgin olive oil, 1, 400 kg of water and nut or vegetable broth, 30 g of Parmesan.
Brown the garlic, onion, and celery in a little oil for about 3 minutes.
Add the cabbage and chopped to pieces everything evenly.
Add water and nut or vegetable broth and bring to a cooking for 10 minutes.
Pour the cornmeal and stir so energetically, making sure that no lumps are formed.
Pour the cream thus obtained into a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Served hot.
