With cumin soup

04120 COMINO SOUP ingredients: 40 g butter; 60 g flour; 50 g onion; 1 teaspoon cumin; 3 tablespoons of cream; 1 tablespoon of black wine; 1 and 1/2 litre of broth; bread crumbs.
Put the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and let it Brown.
Add the onion and cumin, stir continuously and pour in the cream and broth.
Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, add the diced bread, and serve after 5 minutes.
