Noodles with clams

03540 PASTA with CLAMS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 kg of clams, 50 g ham, 50 g Bacon in bacon, 1 pack of fresh noodles, 1 large onion, a piece of chili pepper, parsley, red pepper powder, oil, salt, pepper.
PROCEDURE 1.

when taking color add the clams, the ham and sliced for Bacon, chili pepper and a sprig of parsley, season with pepper, red pepper and a little salt, with and simmer, over low heat, for 20 minutes.

Boil the pasta in plenty of water with salt; drain, add clam sauce and warm up a little.
Tip: If the clams don't use right away, you can keep putting them in a bowl, spolveratele with plenty of salt and cover the bowl with a cloth soaked in water and wrung out well.
