Rigatoni with peppers and eggplant

03437 RIGATONI with PEPPERS and aubergines INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 350 g penne rigate, 200 g Aubergine cut already, 2 sweet yellow peppers and red peppers 2 already cleaned and cut into small pieces, 6 tablespoons olive oil, 2 basil leaves, 50 g of black olives, one finely chopped shallot.
Stewing PROCESS separately the aubergines and peppers with olive oil and basil.
When cooked put everything in a casserole with olives.
Cook the rigatoni and season.
