00067 GALANTINE with VEGETABLES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 apples, 2 potatoes, 2 cucumbers, 1 pack of sausage, 2 gelatin sheets, 1 egg, 1 lemon, olive oil and salt.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into dice and cook in water with salt.
Peel the apples, sprinkle with lemon and cut into squares, cut the sausage slices and cucumbers into small pieces.
Prepare the mayonnaise with egg and oil, add salt and sprinkle of lemon, add the gelatin sheets (formerly dissolved in boiled water and passed to a colander).
Stir the potatoes with apples, sausage, cucumber and mayonnaise pour everything into a mold for flan, and put it for 2 or 3 hours in the refrigerator.
