Marinated salmon salad
Instructions
smoked salmon salad
You blast the Diced Bacon in a pan.
Place the salad in a bowl and dress lightly with oil and salt.
Distribute in 4 plates and arrange on each of 4 slices of salmon, shrimp and 4 cubes of speck.
Decorate with chopped pistachios and serve.

- 16 slices of smoked salmon
- 16 boiled shrimp tails
- 150 g Diced Bacon
- 200 g fresh salad:
- Valerian
- Arugula
- Endive
- variety of lettuces riccia
- a tablespoon of chopped pistachios
- olive oil
- salt
