Roman Broccoli with garlic
Instructions
Prepare broccoli, clean the core and hard leaves, and let them boil, apart, in boiling salted water.
1 heat oil in a pan with the cloves of crushed garlic and broccoli.
Season with salt and pepper.
Make them taste and then pour the wine, finish cooking and serve.
