Yellow peach sorbet
Instructions
Wash peaches in iced water, dry them, divide them in half horizontally, deprive them of the internal core and, using a scoop or a teaspoon, remove all the flesh, taking care not to scratch the skin on the bottom.
Put the peaches in the freezer half empty.
Put the peach pulp in a bowl with the lemon juice and sugar, stir and place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, stirring the mixture occasionally.
After this time, put the mixture into the ice cream maker and programmed for the time required by the relevant instructions.

- 4 large ripe yellow peaches and boiled eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 lemon (juice)
