White christmas
Instructions
Melt white chocolate in a Bain-Marie and add the juice and zest of lemon.
Pour grape juice into 2 tall glasses and add half of the chocolate mixture and stir it well so that it mixes well.
Whip the egg white until foamy and then add sugar.
Spread the meringue into two glasses and filled each glass to the brim with the soda.
Sprinkle the grated chocolate and serve immediately.

- 60 g of white chocolate
- == 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 18 cl of grape juice
- 1 egg whites
- 15 g of sugar
- Soda
- 1 teaspoon of grated milk chocolate
