Wash the raspberries and dry them well with a paper towel.
Pour the vinegar into a Ziplock container and add raspberries.
Close and let macerate for about 20 days.
Strain and pour into a clean bottle.
Vinegar is very delicate; excellent on salads with fruit.
Can be used to marinate meat, vegetables or fish, to season strawberries or for what most suits you.
