Vinegar with honey and pink peppercorns
Instructions
Choose a container and according to the latter's capacity to decide the amount of honey and pink peppercorns from use so that once filled the container, the percentage of space occupied by honey and pink peppercorns and roughly equal to 5% and the rest will be occupied by the vinegar.
Before using the vinegar will be well pass roughly a month (or more for containers with capacity greater than 1 litre) in such a way that honey and pink peppercorns will yield their aroma and flavor in vinegar.
At the time of use it is not necessary that the liquid to be filtered, just make sure you don't put little pieces of pink pepper on foods with the help of vinegar with a small strainer.
Pairing: strawberries, fruit salads, salads with aromatic blends, goat cheeses, meats, steamed fish.
