White Soup (Zuppa Bianca)
Instructions
Peel the onions, slice them, make them wither in oil, spolverizzarle flour; pour the broth, season with salt and cook for about 20 minutes.
Divide the soup into 4 small dishes with croutons of bread toasted, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, Grill in oven and serve.

- 400 g of white onions
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 125 cl of broth
- Croutons
- Grated parmesan cheese
