Garlic soup (2)
Instructions
Peel the garlic, tritatelo and FRY in olive oil until begins to take color, then drain the oil and keep it aside.
Cut the bread into thin slices and place it on the bottom of a saucepan, sprinkle with the red pepper fresh ground, wet with cooking oil and garlic with the hot broth.
Let boil gently 20 minutes for soup.
Season with salt.
Beat the egg and pour into saucepan, stir soup on quickly to thicken it and serve on the table.

- 400 g of bread
- 3 heads of garlic
- 10 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 250 cl of broth
- 20 g of red pepper
- 1 egg
- Salt
