Garfish to sicula
Instructions
Fillet the garfish leaving the head and tail.
Sauté garlic, capers, olives and tomatoes, then add the fish and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Remove the garfish and pull the sauce.

- 200 g of pachino tomatoes
- 20 g of black olives
- 20 g of green olives
- 20 g of capers in olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
