Welsh rarebit in the microwave
Instructions
Cut the butter into pieces, put it in a cup and set a few seconds in the microwave at 600 W and let melt, then spread it on slices of bread that you will put on 4 small plates with buttered side up.
Mix the cheese with the eggs, mustard, salt and pepper and mix everything with the beer.
Pour the mixture on 2 slices of bread at a time, insert the 2 plates in microwave and cook 3 minutes uncovered at 600 W.

- 4 slices of white bread
- 15 g of butter
- 10 cl of beer
- 2 whole eggs
- 160 g of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
