Instructions
Cut the fish into pieces, putting aside the heads and bones.
In a pot, water covered them with the stalks of parsley and pepper, will prepare a comic.
The firing should take place to a boil just mentioned, skimming the surface, for thirty minutes.
Navigate, filter and set aside.
Thoroughly wash the mussels and place them in a saucepan, lively flame.
When are open, remove them from the shell and reserve half of the gravy for the comic.
In a cocotte melt butter and Add onion, leeks, celery and carrots finely sliced.
Place the fish pieces and moisten with the comic.
Cook over low heat with a lid for an hour.
Dilute in the cooking broth, cream, half a lemon and a knob of butter.
