Vol-au-vent with luca garcia
Instructions
In a blender put the gorgonzola, crescenza cheese, cream, brandy and cream reduction.
Add 1 pinch of salt and pour over vol-au-vent.
Put them in a baking dish greased with oil and place in hot oven for 3-5 minutes.

- 12 vol-au-vent ready
- For the filling:
- 150 g of sweet gorgonzola cheese
- 150 g of crescenza cheese
- 6 tablespoons of cream
- 2 tablespoons of brandy
- Little of salt
