Juniper wine
Instructions
Add 50 g of juniper berries in 10 g of lemon peel (yellow part only); stepping on the mixture and pour it into 100 cl of white wine, and leave to infuse for about a week.
Filter and store in a tightly closed bottle.
Consumed at a dose of 3 cups throughout the day, it is an excellent diuretic.
In asthma attacks, at a dose of 2 cups per day, it's a good adjuvant.

- 10 g of lemon zest (yellow part)
- 100 cl of white wine
