Mulled wine with fruit
Instructions
Warm the wine with cinnamon, cloves and lemon peel.
When it starts boiling add the nuts and raisins, turn off the heat and let stand covered for 2 hours.
The fruit should be soft and slightly swollen.
When serving heat and divide into warm glasses.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 1 bottle of red wine
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 2 cloves
- Bit 1 of lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 6 dried apricots
- 6 prunes without stones
- 30 g of sultanas
