Instructions
Put the spices to macerate in marsala, in a large bowl, covered with a cloth for about 20-30 days in a cool and well ventilated place.
Stir a couple of times a day with a wooden spoon.
After this time, strain the liquid and bottled.
This wine is ideal to accompany dessert.

- 300 cl of marsala wine
- 50 g of gentian
- 150 g of melissa
- 60 g of rhubarb
