Instructions
Peel leeks from the roots from the external leaf and green; wash them and cut them into logs 1 cm tall.
Peel and wash the potatoes cut into slices 1 cm high.
Gathered in the pot the two vegetables, milk, 1/4 of a litre of water, salt and pepper.
Close the pot, put it on a flame.
To reduce the hiss at the minimum flame, date 8 minutes of baking.
Open the pot, mix, let cool, then refrigerate for a few hours or until use.
Mixed vegetable cream the cream; serve sprinkling the surface with the chives, cut into small pieces, or failing with chopped parsley.
