Vinegar eggs
Instructions
In a pan melt 60 g butter and sgusciatevi an egg at a time.
Salt them lightly and cook for a few minutes without a break and roundtrip on the serving dish.
In the same pan heat the remaining butter.
When it starts to take color sprinkle of vinegar, add a bit of Sage and parsley.
Make flavoring and pour over eggs.

- 8 eggs
- 100 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 4 leaves sage
- Parsley
- Salt
