Marinated red mullet with Apple Cider vinegar
Instructions
The night before soak lentils and about an hour before you serve the appetizer, let them boil.
Fillet the fish and put them in the meantime to marinate for an hour with a clove of garlic cut into thin slices and half a glass of Apple Cider vinegar.
Drain the marinade and serve with mixed salad, basil leaves, Arugula, drained lentils and tomato in cubes, all seasoned with a little olive oil and a pinch of salt.
