Whimsical bread slices
Instructions
Arrange the bread slices on a plate and put them in a toast in the oven already pre-heated at 200 degrees for 2-3 minutes, so that it is slightly coloriscano.
Clean the wash and drain them lattughino, then reach into or thoroughly in a bowl.
Peel the celeriac and cut into thin strips (julienne).
Slice the olives and slices the ham strips.
Add all these ingredients into the bowl with the lattughino.
Mix the salad and dress with the sauce obtained by blending, at maximum speed, 4 spoonfuls of olive oil, vinegar, half a teaspoonful of mustard, a dozen blades of chives and a pizzichino of salt.
Spread the salad served on slices of toasted bread.
Place on a platter and serve immediately, still crunchy, garnished as desired.

- 150 g of lattughino salad
- 80 g of celeriac in verona
- 80 g of ham
- 50 g of stuffed green olives
- 6 slices of bread
- For seasoning:
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
- 10 threads of chives
- 1/2 teaspoon of strong mustard
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pizzichino of salt
