Instructions
Cut the onions and potatoes into thin slices and let them dry for about ten minutes in olive oil little by little adding half a glass of water.
Beat the eggs with the parmesan and season with salt.
Place the vegetables in a baking dish, cover with beaten egg.
Bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
