Instructions
In a bowl mix the butter with a wooden spoon until it is puffy and fluffy.
Add one egg yolk at a time, stirring vigorously, add sugar, chopped walnuts and flour combined with half a sachet of yeast.
The dough scented with the zest of half a lemon, a pinch of cinnamon and a tablespoon of rum.
Whip egg whites until foamy soda and blend the mixture.
Pour into a buttered baking dish and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.
