Rowena cake
Instructions
Beat the egg whites until stiff, stir in sugar, Vanillin, potato starch and flour, stirring from the bottom upwards.
Combine the melted butter.
Pour into a mold with a thin layer of powdered sugar and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

- 6 egg whites
- 70 == G Flour
- 80 g of potato starch
- 100 g of butter
- 250 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 1 sachet of yeast
