Instructions
Molten chocolate add the ground almonds and the vanilla.
Whip the egg yolks with sugar, add the almond liqueur and combine.
Beat the egg whites until foamy and add the melted butter to Bain Marie.
The mixture should not be too soft: Add crumbled cookie.
Pour into a buttered 30 cm container and floured and bake 1 hour at medium heat (170 degrees).
Decorate with icing sugar.

- 400 g of shelled almonds
- 250 g of sugar
- 250 g of chocolate
- 250 g of butter
- 6 eggs
- 1 dram of witch liquor
- Icing sugar
- 1 sachet of vanillin
