Instructions
Long work the butter with sugar until soft foam.
Add the vanilla and baking powder and slowly incorporate the egg whites.
Rain dropping flour and potato starch and dilute gradually with the milk until a soft dough.
Butter a mold to tall and pour in the mixture.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of butter (more for buttering)
- 200 g of sugar
- 200 g of flour
- 75 g of starch
- 3 egg whites
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 glass of milk
