Cake alcazar
Instructions
Flatten the dough and adattatela at the bottom and sides of a baking dish approximately 24 cm in diameter.
Riddled on the bottom and spalmatela of Apple Jam (or pears).
Whip egg whites until foamy.
Mingle, again beating, half of sugar, wheat flour, half of the almond flour and melted butter (not hot).
Pour in baking pan, and pass in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until meringue is golden.
Cream worked the rest of the sugar with the egg yolks; Add the rest of almond flour and liqueur; obtained a smooth batter, collected in a syringe pastry with grooved flat nozzle and plotted on a meringue; cover with a strip of almond paste even the outer edge of the cake and place in hot oven.
