Tuna with vegetables
Instructions
Saute in 2 tablespoons oil the finely chopped onion and garlic, then add all the other vegetables cut into pieces of equal size, and cook over low heat for 40 minutes, basting as needed with a few tablespoons of boiling water; Add salt and pepper.
You season the steaks in a pan with 2 tablespoons oil.
Then roundtrip in vegetable sauce, add fillets, tomatoes, capers and chopped Basil.
Continue cooking for 10 minutes, turning the slices of tuna with much delicacy to avoid breaking them.
