Timbale of cabbage and noodles
Instructions
Blanch the vegetables in salted water, drain and foderarvi a mold.
Fry the onion in julienne, combine the meat, basil, salt, pepper and moisten with the wine.
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce, add the chili, diced provolone and pour it into the mold.
Bake for 10 minutes.
