White onions au gratin pan
Instructions
Peel the onions, spuntatele, wash them, dry them and cut them in half horizontally.
Place the onion halves in a baking dish that can go from oven to table, accomodatele in a single layer, add salt, drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and then infornatele to 250 degrees for 15 minutes (to soften).
Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs together with the milk, cream, salt, pepper and plenty of chopped aromatic.
Organized the pan with the onions and, on them, pour the mixture of eggs and milk; generously sprinkle of parmesan and infornatele yet, at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Served warm, onions in their baking pan.

- 6 150 g white onions
- 100 g of milk
- 100 G = = Cream
- 3 eggs
- Chopped aromatic (thyme, basil)
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
