Canapés with eggs, shrimp and asparagus
Instructions
Let thaw shrimp.
Remove the crust to eight slices of bread and spread them lightly and evenly with the butter.
Cut them in half to form two triangles.
Reduce sliced hard-boiled eggs and half for long asparagus.
Spread the bread triangles with cocktail sauce.
Garnish the surface of half of the triangles with pieces of asparagus and shrimp, the other half with slices of hard-boiled egg.
Finally lightly salted the surface of canapes.
Accomodatele on the serving dish and guarnitele with a radish rose cut.
