Canapés with ricotta
Instructions
Prepare a paste with 250 g.
flour, 5 g baking powder, a pinch of salt, 1 egg, 80 g of butter and 1/2 cup of low-fat yoghurt.
Let it sit for 1/2 hour in the refrigerator, pull a sheet, cut 6 cm discs.
in diameter, lift the edges into small bowls.
Pour into a prepared stuffing with 450 g of ricotta cheese, 1 tablespoon of cream, 2 eggs, a pinch of salt and sugar.
Brush with egg yolk and bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with chicken broth.
