Hard boil the egg.
Shell it, check out the yolk, put it in a bowl and knock it with a tablespoon of vinegar, two, two of chopped parsley.
Add salt and pepper in moderation.
Remove the crust from the bread and cut into slices.
Tostatele, spread them slightly with a little egg sauce, sprinkle over two anchovy fillets and complete the sandwiches with decorating the onions cut in half.
