Pasta alla vodka
Instructions
Fry the bacon, add the cream and let it dry on the fire for a few minutes.
Turn off the heat, add the parsley, lemon zest and vodka.
Cook the pasta in salted water, let it skip into the pan of sauce and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of pasta fresh egg noodles type
- 1 slice of diced bacon
- 200 g of cooking cream
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
- 1 dram of vodka
