Winter noodles
Instructions
Brown chopped onion, garlic and parsley in oil.
Combine vegetables, Peel and cut into pieces and cook for 6 minutes.

Navigate to the blender and season the mixture with noodles cooked al dente, adding butter and Parmesan.
