Noodles with butter, sage and nuts
Instructions
Put a pot on the stove with water and 200 cl 1 handful of salt.
When the water boils, add the noodles, stir and cook.
Meanwhile, UN-shell nuts and chopping.
Put in a saucepan the butter and Sage, melt the butter and fry the Sage.
Drain the pasta al dente and dress with butter and Sage, parmesan and nuts, mixing well.

- 600 g of type pasta noodles
- 50 g of butter
- 2 sprigs of sage
- 6 tablespoons of parmigiano
- 6 tablespoons of chopped walnuts (200 g walnut kernels)
