It's a very refined dish and a bit pricey, very delicate taste, which can be chosen for a special occasion.
Boil water in a saucepan, add salt and cook the noodles while preparing the sauce.
In a large baking dish or a pan nice enough to be brought to the table melt a bit of butter, add the cream, stirring constantly, add salt and pepper and add the chopped crab with a fork, with one teaspoon of vodka.
Before adding the crab make sure there are no subtle cartilages in the pulp.
Let simmer gently for a few minutes, drain the noodles and add them to the sauce, stirring and then absorb well.
